Hi
Recently we activated the woocommerce login to allow customers to access their purchases, history, etc. but the links on the left column do not work.
Being an automatic feature I have no way to access and correct it. (not with my limited programming knowledge, I mean).
I have attached an image.
Can you help?Thanks

Thanks for the screenshots. Please send us temporary WordPress admin login and login URL as well, so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

December 16, 2020 at 4:37 am #1267651Hi Michael,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure on which page we can see this problem though? The login token works, but I can’t see the account details menu item on the site, which is present in your screenshot. Could you link directly to where we can see the actual problem please?
Best regards,

Sorry for the delay.
To find this page you have to access the website before login to be able to see the “Login to your account”. After that you have only to put an email and immediately you have access to the content and links that I showed you before. A password is sent to your email.
After you register you can access that page at anytime.Thank you.

Thanks for the clarification, I see those links after registering, and they all lead to 404 pages. I’m guessing that is the same problem you are seeing on your end?
I’m not really a WooCommerce expert, but I think these links are part of the default WooCommerce plugin, or are they generated by another add-on maybe? In any case, did you try to disable all plugins, except WooCommerce, to see if that changes anything?
I would recommend that you post this problem on a WooCommerce help forum as well, as they should be in a better situation to help you out with this.
I don’t think this is theme related, you can check that by activating one of the default WordPress themes. If the behaviour is the same, then it’s not caused by Enfold.
Best regards,
