Hello
Last week I updated to the latest version of WP, Enfold and Woocommerce, but in the last 48 hours we have noticed that our shop presents all of our products in duplicate form.
The products page only shows a single product but when viewing the shop or category there is always two of each instance.
We run a dev and production environment and interestingly this issue does not present on our dev site and they are replica’s of each other.
We did have a security issue on our production site earlier this week.
I would be grateful for any assistance that anyone could provide.
Thank you

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,

January 10, 2017 at 9:33 am #731470Hi,
I checked it and I don’t see anything wrong on the backend. But it seems more like a woocommerce update issue similar to this one: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wordpress-3-5-update-crash-woocommerce-shows-twice-product-page/
I’m not sure if we could help but try to check on the database of your production environment if products are duplicated there.
Cheers!
NikkoJanuary 11, 2017 at 1:29 am #731801Thank you for checking Nikko, although we are not using WPML.
I will check the DB to see if any duplicate values are showing in there.
Thanks again
JoeJanuary 12, 2017 at 1:58 am #732414I am confirming that no duplicate values are present in the database. It is quite an odd one!
January 13, 2017 at 3:41 am #732930Hi,
Yes, the issue is really weird. Can you try to re-update the Enfold theme via ftp, you can check it on this post: http://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold
Try also to re-update the woocommerce theme.
Best regards,
Nikko -
