Hello,
i have a question about the display in the woocommerce product pages.
I can set with the ENFOLD product grid option 5 colums to display a product category for example but this is not the goal for me.
But it is not possible to set the same value (5 colums) for display category products in the ENFOLD Accordeon / Riders or Code Block option.
I want to use this woocommerce shortcode for set this [product_category category=”enterprise” columns=”5″].
If i use in a other WordPress Template (include WPBakery Page Builder) it will be not a problem. Have i any option to set this in the Accordeon / Riders Option?kind regards

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
BasilisHello Basilis, thank you for the reply! In the meantime we could solve the problem ourselves.
We did use the command line [av_productgrid categories='43' columns='5' items='5' offset='0' sort='price' paginate='yes' av_uid='av-zx1hj7'] for display 5 colums in the Accordeon view and it works fine.
