    Hello,
    i have an eccommerce for a client and he wanted to add the customers email and order number to the email after they purchase because it serves as the activation token, how can i do that in enfold? I added custom email plugins but its not reading the shortcode. Check the screenshot link below.

    Hey Eric,

    Those shortcodes are not theme specific, so I’m guessing that you would get the same behaviour if you activated another theme? Also, I’m not sure the shortcode format is correct? Usually they use brackets like so:

    [this_is_the_shortcode]
