November 7, 2015 at 7:27 am #531748Hey fidesio!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I was able to access the checkout page although I got an error from the wordfence security plugin. Please contact the plugin author regarding the issue:

IsmaelNovember 7, 2015 at 10:30 am #531820Hi!
I can see that you were able to place an order, but I can’t figure out how. When I try it just doesn’t work.
Using Firefox I get the error message: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
With Chrome the error message goes: SyntaxError: Unexpected token <Several customers have also complained about the broken checkout.
I deactivated Wordfence security and still got the same error message…
Please help!
Thank you

November 11, 2015 at 1:16 pm #533975Hi!
I checked the page in question and don’t get any error messages at all. Could you fix it?
Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.Regards,
AndyNovember 13, 2015 at 4:13 pm #535486Hi,
I don’t understand how it’s possible that you don’t encounter the problem. When I try to access the online card payment page I always get the error message and so do all my customers. I get messages telling me about the problem and I can see all the pending orders waiting for payment … This is not just me.
Thanks for your help.

Sorry for the late reply. Did you manage to find a solution to your problem? If not you might want to ask this question on a WooCommerce forum as well as they are likely better equipped to help you out.
