Hi – I’m having an issue and not sure if I should post it here or with WooCommerce.
I have created menu links to individual the Product Categories in WooCommerce, but not all of the sub-categories are displaying – specifically Orlando / Disney Area Golf Schools.
I do have a sidebar category widget, which does show all the categories / subcategories, and Orlando / Disney Area Golf Schools works from there.
The site is under development at: but you will need a login to access it (there used to be an option to make things private, maybe that is visible after you post?).
Let me know if this is something you can help with or if I should be contacting WooCommerce.
Thanks!

I may be missing it but I don’t see the URL for the site. From your description it sounds like you mean the main menu and you’ve added the categories with the menus manager. If that is the case then you would need to manually add in each sub category to your menu.
Cheers!
DevinFebruary 22, 2014 at 2:25 pm #227901I think my description was bad.
If you click this link: you’ll see that Orlando & Disney Area is not listed as a choice in the main content, but is in the sidebar categories menu, and when you click that they are all visible.
As far as I can tell, the only category is the Orlando & Disney Area.
Thanks,

If you click here: http://nationalgolfschool.com/product-category/florida-golf-schools/ you’ll see that Orlando & Disney Area is not listed
But they are from the menu item, and from the sidebar categories widget.

February 23, 2014 at 5:15 am #228068February 23, 2014 at 3:54 pm #228126I was able to fix it – and it’s apparently a WooCommerce 2.1 known issue. If you see it in the future:
Go to the ‘Tools’ tab inside the WooCommerce > System Status of your WordPress administration panel. Here you first use the ‘Recount terms’ button and after that use the ‘Clear transients’ button. This will force the system to recount all the products the next time a category is loaded.
