Hello,
I have problems with my woocommerce store on Enfold theme. My store http://umetne-jelke.si/trgovina/
When I setup that on webshop shows categories, the shop doesn’t open product in this category but opens “Page not found”. Also when I setup woocommerce categories menu on a right side, it opens “Page not found”. Categories are set in woocommerce settings, also eah product has his own category. I also tried to solve the roblem with permalinks but no effect.Sorry for my bad english.

Could you try to toggle your permalink setting to default then back to postname to see if that has any effect please?

thank you for the answer. YES, when I set the permalinks to default, it works, but the structure of the link is “ugly”, when I try to set the permalinks I also figured out that in the field named for categories is written “kategorija-izdelki” (translated: products category), when I try to change the field with %category%, it doesn’t work and it automaticalli changed to “tegory%”.

Can you please check if the issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated?

is there any chance you can log into my webshop because I’m afraid that if I do what you have told me, I would crash my site and maybe loose progress I have made?
Best regards,
Daniel
July 9, 2015 at 11:18 pm #471189I can’t, the link you posted leads to a 404 page. Switching themes won’t affect your site, just do it very briefly to discard if the issue is related to Enfold or not.

JosueJuly 10, 2015 at 10:05 am #471365Hello Josue,
I did a test and when I switch to default theme, it is the same problem as with Enfold theme. On a front page in Webshop, there are only products shown, when I click on product, it works and the link is like SHOP/PRODUCT/PRODUCTNAME, when I click on category (right side there is woocommerce category menu), it opens 404 page and the link is like SHOP/PRODUCT-CATEGORY/PRODUCTNAME. Is it possible that I make wrong setup by categories or something in this way?

DanielJuly 10, 2015 at 2:55 pm #471473Hm, i can see the issue but i’m not really sure what could be the cause, it’s definitely related to the permalinks set for the WC Product categories, try creating a thread in the WC support forum:
