Ismael closed my previous thread without providing a solution and asked me to open another so here it is.

If you install and activate WP Super Cache (even with Caching disabled) on an install of the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Enfold, the cart icon does not work properly when the Enfold Shop Options setting Header Shopping Cart Icon is set to Display floating on side but only once product was added to cart. It may initially display on an add to cart (in some scenarios) but if you move to another page on the site it will disappear. The fixes in the thread above do not work.

I believe this can be reproduced on a vanilla installation of these three things.

The workaround of always showing the cart icon is not really a solution as caching is mandatory for a high performance web store.

    Hey Jason,

We can’t fix the issue on your end because you didn’t provide any login details. I can’t reproduce the issue on my installation, version 4.2. Please upgrade the theme. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check your thread.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi!

Can you please create temporary admin logins and post it here privately? Also, please firstly update the theme to the latest version 4.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ as Ismael suggested.

    Regards,
    Yigit

As I indicated in the first post, it still happens with 4.2. My staging site was already updated.

I have deactivated every single plugin bar WooCommerce 3.1.2 & WP Super Cache on my staging site and it still happens.

Have you even tried to reproduce this using the steps I provided?

Closing theads without resolution is not great customer support.

    Hi,

Thank you for using our theme and sorry for the late reply.

I could reproduce the problem on my local install. I open a ticket in our dev repo to find a fix for that problem.

We will come back when we have a solution.

    Best regards,
    Günter
