Hi,
On my site I can add products to my shopping-cart. It will show the popup mentioning it’s placed in the cart. When I visite the cart, it’s empty. Only in Chrome it does work normal.
The url is in the private part. Can you figure out what the problem is? I have updated everything.Regards,
Erwin

September 25, 2018 at 8:50 am #1014042Hi Erwin,
Thanks for that, could you try deleting the old version (4.1.2) of the parent theme you have installed to see if that helps please?
Best regards,

I’ve deleted the older-version of enfold. But it doesn’t change anything.

September 25, 2018 at 10:36 am #1014094Hi,
Do you use a server cache or wordpress cache plugin? I noticed the issue only occurs if I’m logged out. When I’m logged in the cart page works flawlessly. The issue is also not theme related. I tested the cart with the default wordpress theme (TwentySeventeen) and it also doesn’t work if I’m logged out.
Best regards,
PeterSeptember 25, 2018 at 11:39 am #1014147Hi,
I’m not using any kind of caching on this site. Fine to hear that it’s not theme-related, it narrows the search. Do you have any suggestions? I understand that your support involves the theme only, but I hope you can point me in a direction.

September 25, 2018 at 11:54 am #1014156Hi,
You can try to disable all plugins except WooCommerce to check if it’s a plugin conflict. If it still doesn’t work it’s propaply a server configuration issue. In this case I’d recommend to talk to the host/server administrator.

PeterSeptember 25, 2018 at 12:50 pm #1014167Hi,
Disabling plugins didn’t change anything. I’ve made a copy and placed it on another server, from a different hoster, same problem again. Other ideas?

Erwin

VictoriaSeptember 26, 2018 at 8:51 am #1014581Hi Victoria,
Thanks for your message. I will sort this out by the hoster. I have set php to 7.2, but it doesn’t show indeed.
