    Hey Team,

    Great theme! I’m really enjoying working with it.

    I do have a slight issue though… I’m using the WooCommerce Brands plugin. I have the WooCommerce Brands Layered Nav: Brand widget added to the sidebar to enable people to filter products by brand, but it does not work on the product category page.

    Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    Hey Ben,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The theme doesn’t do any adjustments to the product category pages aside from the shop banner but this should not affect the product filters. Is this the plugin?

    If not, please provide a link to the actual plugin page so that we can check the documentation. Additional info from the plugin developers should help.

    I’ve been in touch with WooCommerce support but they weren’t any help. They said to post a suggestion in the forum WooCommerce forum which I have done: https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/45076843-it-would-be-nice-for-the-filtering-by-brand-to-wor

    Do you know of a similar Brands plugin I could try that works better?

    Hi,

    We have found a few plugins in the repository, but we haven’t tested any of them. The last one in the list is a paid plugin from yith.

    Did you ask the plugin author if the widget will actually work in the category page? Sometimes, product filters only work in the base shop page.
