Hi,
I’ve just installed woocommerce to try it out. I’m confused how to build the product pages with Advanced Layout Editor. The theme and woocommerce is a fresh installation without anything done to the default setup. I don’t know if I’m missing anything out or this is what supposed to work like.
– Plugin Additions – Product Info Tabs, Product Info is not editable. How do they work?
– How do I insert the Product Description Text into the Product Info Tab?
– Without anything done to the default setup and in fresh installation, the sidebar is being push to the left, below the product image. Without using the Advanced Layout Editor, is there a way to edit the page layout? Thanks!
August 6, 2015 at 1:13 pm #483836Hi senso!
not sure if I fully understand. Can you show us whats going please? You can provide us a link and maybe even admin access so we can take a deeper look. I think screenshots would help as well, to get a clear idea of what you mean (use imgur.com or dropbox). You can post login details here as private reply.
Regards,

August 10, 2015 at 5:24 am #485028Hey Senso,
I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for but if i’m understanding you correctly, you need to make sure you’ve added products before adding the plugin addition. It pulls from your products page (see image below) and displays that info.
Hope that helps.
August 10, 2015 at 5:57 am #485040Hi Drebosio,
Thanks for the help. I do have products added. I can’t find a way to add/edit the product info tabs if I use AVIA layout editor.

August 10, 2015 at 1:36 pm #485285Hey!
can you post login details here as private reply please? so we can take a look. Try to deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce to check if one is causing this issue. What happens if you remove the elements in question and rebuild them?
Cheers!
AndyAugust 11, 2015 at 5:45 am #485743Sorry Andy, it is offline.
I’m using the latest version of woocommerce and Enfold. I deactivated all plugins except woocommerce. There are products and products categories added via woocommerce.
When I tried to add products and use AVIA layout editor, the below four are not clickable and editable.
Products Purchase Button
Product Info Tab
Product Info
Product ReviewsWhen I tried to add posts, page, portfolio items and use AVIA layout editor, the below five are not clickable and editable.

AndyDebrosia,I re-read what you have written. I think I may have added/activated the plugin additions before I added the products. I can’t remember how it got there. Is there a way I can reverse the process without deleting the products?

August 11, 2015 at 9:22 am #485781I did a wordpress reset, reinstall woocommerce, reupload theme. It is still the same. When I tried to add products and use AVIA layout editor, the below four are not clickable and editable.
Products Purchase Button
Product Info Tab
Product Info
Product ReviewsHow are they supposed to work? Did I miss any settings?
August 11, 2015 at 10:30 am #485806Ahhh…… I think I know how they works now. They aren’t supposed to be editable by clicking. It’s only the markup for the attributes entered? Do let me know if I understood it correctly. Thanks!
August 11, 2015 at 11:34 am #485845Hi!
as it sounds very WooCommerce specific I would recommend to ask WooCommerce support in your case, as they know their plugin best: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us
Best regards,
AndyAugust 12, 2015 at 3:50 am #486274Hi Andy,
I don’t think is woocommerce. I think these Products Purchase Button,Product Info Tab,
Product Info,Product Reviews come with Enfold? Hmm… are we on the same page?- This reply was modified 9 years, 3 months ago by senso.
August 12, 2015 at 3:24 pm #486615Hi!
They will just display the regular product information that you set when editing your product so there is no need to edit them. You can only use them in product posts.
Cheers!
