    Hi,

After adding any WooCommerce ALB elements onto a page, all is good if I don’t change any of the it’s settings. But as soon as I change any settings of any ALB element that is a WooCommerce product, the element does not returns an empty element: no product found.

    See this screen capture: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/1061408?key=e4708c391724fd650af45693a8b88c5e

This happens with any WooCommerce ALB element. But, when I use WooCommerce’s shortcode, I don’t have this problem.

    Hey Phet,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hey Nikko,

Seems to be a problem with WPML. As soon as the core plugin (WPML Multilingual CMS Version 4.4.2) is active, the ALB element as the same behavior as mentioned initially.

I’ll create a login for you in the private data field.

I’ll also try to update everything, and start a ticket with WPML.

Let me know if you find anything!

    Regards,
    Phet

    Hi Phet,

Thanks for providing us admin access.
I was able to check it on your end but could not figure out why this is happening.
I tried to reproduce the same on my end with WPML active however I do not get the same result.
Does your server have some internal caching built into it?
I tried to leave only 2 plugins on your staging site Woocommerce and UberMenu 3 – The Ultimate WordPress Mega Menu and it seems to show the same result.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

Sorry for the late response… So busy here… I hade to roll ou this site with the WooCommerce shortcodes. But I’d rather solve this issue, for the long terme.

No, our server doesn’t have any caching. We do have our sites going through Clouflare…

What could I do about it?

    Hi Phet,

I see, can you disable cloudflare in the staging site?
Also, please provide us FTP access, so we can check further into the files.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
