Hey!
I’ve sadly experieced that in my webpage the [add_to_cart id=””] shortcode not functioning.
I have no idea what could couse this.
Could you please take a look at it?
I’ve already tried deactivating other plugins, reinstalling woocommerce, nothing seemed to work.
Thanks in advance! :)April 23, 2016 at 9:11 am #620422Hi ferencziakos!

BasilisApril 23, 2016 at 9:25 am #620426Hi Basilis!
Really? I mean, there’s a code block at my homepage, on the top of it, above the separator, with these shortcodes:
[add_to_cart id=”752″]
[add_to_cart id=”621″]
[add_to_cart SKU=”NM0″]
And none of them working.
Could you tell me please what I’m missing?April 29, 2016 at 10:57 am #624230Hi, sorry for the late reply,
I guess we are talking about this page: https://konyhakert.eu/helo/ ?
Seems to work fine for me, did you already solve the issue?Btw: I would recommend to update enfold to the latest version since the one you are currently using has a javascript problem with the latest WordPress version. This issue was fixed with Enfold some time ago ;)
Best regards,

Have you changed something since the last time we checked it?Best regards,
BasilisApril 30, 2016 at 1:42 pm #625003Hi!
Well, I noticed some wild “display: none;” at the style.css of the child theme.
When removed, I was happy to see that everything works, but not like it did.If u check the homepage, there is the [add_to_cart id=”752″] which is does something now, but not as expected.
What you can see here is the
[add_to_cart id=”752″] and the
[product_page id=”752″] below. As long as I remember, the add_to_cart shortcode placed the whole selector, just like the product_page shortcode below, with one huge difference. It was working with ajax. (The project’s main goal is to use ajax the whole page, and buy food without page reloading.)
May 3, 2016 at 10:30 am #626305Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
