    HI, I bought the theme last year and have still not been able to add products, categories or get the shop working. I have read through most of the forums but it doesnt tell you how to get enfold to work with woocommerce. I am a beginner and you do say it is very easy to do. It isn’t and I am now very frustrated with the theme. My site is a complete mess :(

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.

    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with Enfold. Why did you not contact us earlier?

    Can you please share the purchase code in private?

    Can you please be more specific about what your issue is? Describe how to reproduce it step by step?

    You are running an old version of the theme, you need to update to the latest, which is 4.6.3. New version coming soon as well.
