Just upgraded to Woocomerce 3.0.1 and the icon badge that displays the number of items in the cart no longer shows up. It worked under 3.0.0. I confirmed it with my site as well as Enfold’s Shop Demo. Please advise.

May you share your website link, please?
Best regards,
John TorvikApril 8, 2017 at 11:32 am #774453Sure. This is Enfold’s Shop Demo:
April 8, 2017 at 11:37 am #774455Look into the developer console of your browser and you will see you have an access forbidden error. You either have wrong file or owner permissions or an .htaccess protection on one or more of your subdirectories. A firewall or security plugin may cause that issue as well.
April 8, 2017 at 1:57 pm #774498Okay here is the tests I ran… and it’s quite interesting.
Test 1 :
Fresh install of WordPress & import Enfold’s Lifestyle’s blog demo (does not use WooCommerce).
Ran the demo and NO 403 Forbidden error anywhere.
Installed the WooCommerce Plugin and activated it. (the demo does not use this plugin)
Ran the demo and got 403 Forbidden error on every page !!!Test 2a:
Fresh install of WordPress
Installed WC 3.01 and activated plugin
Imported Enfold’s Shop Demo (this demo does use WC)
Ran the demo and got 403 Forbidden error on every page
Icon Badge on cart DOES NOT display
Test 2b:
Uninstalled the WC plugin.
Ran the Shop Demo and while I could not add products etc, the page’s displayed with NO 403 forbidden errorAdditionally, the cart badge icon worked just a few days ago, prior to the latest release of WC. I may be missing something but the error sure seems to be connected to the latest release of WC.
Ideas ?

April 11, 2017 at 12:57 am #775742I’m still having the problem as well. Tried de-activating several plugins etc. but to no avail. Hopefully Enfold support team is looking into this and will provide an update.

April 13, 2017 at 1:41 pm #777256Hi @victoria,
attached I send you the link, the icon is still not being displayed. I think it has something to do with W3 Total Cache plugin. But I was not able to find what.
Thanks,
– MaxApril 13, 2017 at 2:40 pm #777293Hi a-l-p,
Cart shows when the is an item there.
If you want it to show all the time, here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css.cart_dropdown { right: 0px; }
And yes, flush the cache after you’ve done the change.
If you need further assistance please let us know.Best regards,

VictoriaApril 13, 2017 at 2:46 pm #777299Hi @Victoria,
thank you so much : )Yep. There were so many mistakes, so I initially went back to the previous version of WooCommerce. Now it works nearly perfect again and I wait to the next updates…
Thanks again for your help, and Happy Easter : )Cheers,
