    Hi Enfold
    Im building a small shop and need a bit of help

    1. When Im looking at teh shopping cart and select shipping, then instead of getting an updated table, I get a new table displayed beneath the first one, and that keeps going on each time I change my selection.

    2. Is it possible to a add a button “Keep shopping”
    Click a product in the shop, here I like to place the new button at the right of the blue button

    I have checked on the video and have verified it on your site.
    However, I can still see you’re using Enfold 4.4.1, can you try to update it to version 4.5? just make a backup of your site first. We also suggest using a staging site first, so you can try to make updates without putting your live site at risk if there’s an issue, you can check this post on how to setup a staging site: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/

    Hi Schmidtgrafisk,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

     Also give us permission to temporarily deactivate plugins.

    yes, the second one does require a modification for the theme, which is outside from our support scope.
    Regarding the first step – I do not seem to be able to reproduce it as an error on an installation of mine.

    So that means, that if the client offer to ways of delivery the theme cant´t handle it?

    Hi Schmidtgrafisk,

    I apologize for the late response.
    The theme only provides basic ecommerce functions which is basically what woocommerce provides and theme integrates the plugin and provides different options to display products.
    As for our theme support, we would like to help with the customization however if it does take a lot of time to do the tweak or modification and there are lot of queues in the forum then we really can’t help with it but we still do try to point you to the right direction by giving links which might be helpful.
    With regards to the issue with the shopping cart, can you give us permission to temporarily deactivate your plugins? as we don’t experience the same issue on our local server even with the same settings.
