In WOO COMERCE I GET THIS MESSAGE now

I read somewhere i need to download new updated theme
I have Enfold 3.8
I did went to ThemeForeest downloaded the file but now can not upload it saying in WordPress

Destination folder already exists. /home4/alenuk/public_html/celebrityserb.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/
Theme install failed.
============Followed some advice here to do FTN Downloaded FileZilla but i am not really THAT computer savy to know what to do there
Plus instructions are not really that step by step(blury video too)Can someone please help me how to update this Theme..if that is the reason in the first place…
Not sure why i cant just update it straight from WordPress??Thanks for help!

There have been a lot of changes since v3.8 so I recommend backing up with: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ that way you can always get your old site back if something goes wrong.
You can test the new version on your desktop with a localhost app to see how your site would be before making live changes, try the free version of MAMP for Mac or XAMPP for Windows, or LAMP for Linux
I use the portable UwAmp on Windows 10 and use the duplicator backups to install them on my desktop. After I’m happy with the changes and have tested my site well, I make a new backup of the desktop and install on my web server.
