There are about a zillion Woo Commerce plugins. I want to use the front page / home page as a shop.
Setting this up page says “You need to install and activate the WooCommerce Shop Plugin to display Products”
Searching Woo Commerce plugins there are many like
Smart Manager for e-Commerce – WooCommerce and WPeC extension
WooCommerce Admin Bar Addition
WooCommerce Checkout Manager
WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce
WooCommerce Delivery Shipping Method
WooCommerce Widget Product Slideshow
Should I use some, all, or none of these and something else?
Anybody’s advice and help is appreciated – I haven’t used Woo Commerce before

You’ll want to take a look at this if you are new to WooCommerce: http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce-user-guide/getting-started/
While the them support WooCommerce we aren’t support for WooCommerce so getting familiar with their documentation and codex will get yuo WooCommerce answers via the most quick route possible.
