    I paid for Enfold about two weeks ago and WordPress told me to update woo commerce which is now at 10.5.0 and some of the pages are broken… I am getting this error

    “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

    when I deactivate woo commerce the pages work again.. is there an update or patch coming? Also I am now finding out with each update I have to pay for the theme again? Maybe I am missing something here?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    What is the current version of the theme? Please make sure that the theme is updated to version 7.1.3. You can download this from your Themeforest account or update through the dashboard if available. Please check the documentation for more information.

    I am at 6.9.1.
    It would not work with just installing the theme, you guys gave me a link previous on support and I had to get some xlm file or something and install that way because none of the templates would install

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Do you mean XML files? The XML files are only for importing demos. You’ll need to download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account and manually upload the theme files to your server via FTP as described in the documentation above. Unfortunately, there’s no other way to update the theme when the automatic update from the dashboard is not available.
