    To whom it may concern, l have an issue with the Enfold theme, l have updated the WordPress to 5.7 and the content widgets and all action on the admin are not working anymore right term is not responding to any clicks or showing the content on existing pages.

    I have disabled all plugins and unfortunately nothing is working, l even tried to install the Classic Editor plugin and nothing is working at all. Your assistance will be much appreciated.

    We tried to access the dashboard using the account above, but it seems to be invalid. Please check the info carefully, or provide another account so that we could check the issue. Providing a screenshot or the sections where the issue occur should also help. You can use imgur or dropbox for the screenshot.

    My apolgises l only posted FTP access and not admin access. I have provided the Access both Ftp and WordPress Admin

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    The site contains a deprecated version (3.5.4) of the theme, which is no longer compatible with WordPress and most of the natively configured plugins. You have to manually download the latest version (4.8.2) of the theme from your Themeforest account, and upload it manually to your installation via FTP.

    Please check the following documentation for more info on how to properly update the theme through FTP.
