hi i appear to have an issue with the quantity values of woocommerce products not displaying. Please can you advis eon how to fix this?

Try to deactivate all other plugins, to check if one is causing this issue.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Ask WooCommerce support about this issue.
