with smartphone: green bar above navigation system

I have a strange problem with this page: https://www.vuble.de/
On mobile devices, a large green area is displayed above the navigation system and there also seems to be an error message in there. What I was able to copy was this:

Enfold is up to date, so is WordPress. What could be the reason or what can I do?
