    Hi, im using the Wirecard Checkout Page, but somehow the theme stops the opening of the iframe. Any idea what to do?
    testing on a blanc istallation, no Plugins in use, just Enfold, woocommerce and the plugin from wirecard

    To open the link in iframe try adding the link in this format

    http://site.com?iframe=true

    If yous till have any issue please provide us a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    Hello!
    I have the same issue with the Wirecard Checkout Page plugin under Woocommerce and Enfold. The plugin provider (Wirecard) said that it could be a conflict with the theme. When the option “iframe” within the plugin is activated it does not redirect to the form where you have to put in your credit card info. Is there a solution for that problem?

    Hi,

    Using iframe simply opens the URL in a lightbox so it is very unlikely that it’s causing a conflict. For testing purpose please create a new page hide the header and footer and see if that opens in light box correctly once you confirm that lightbox feature is working correctly please insert your form in the newly created test page and check it again the lightbox should work fine. If you still have any issues please get back to us with a link to your site and request you to create a new ticket.

    Thanks Vinay for your answer! The problem still exists. I tested the wirecard checkout page plugin with a fresh installation and a standard wordpress theme and it worked with the iframe option. That drives me nuts that I cannot find the solution for that. If I use it it always says: “Internal Server Error” The iframe option would be much more convenient for the customers. They have problems finishing the order because the plugin redirects them to wirecard checkout page and the link to the paying option (paypal, sofortüberweisung..) is never opening automatically.

    It would be very kind if you could have a look at our site. I also made a copy of the live-site for testing purpose only. Should I open a new ticket and sending there the informations?

    Hi,

    unfortunately not every plugin is compatible with every WP theme and if the plugin you’re using does not work smoothly, then I would contact plugin’s author for support. If they can’t help you, then best to go for another plugin.
