January 16, 2014 at 12:12 pm #210649Hi!
Did you modify anything on the theme files? Please download the theme again on your themeforest account then update it via FTP. Watch this video by Devin: http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Cheers!

I found some css was missing to display fine on windows :
.main_menu ul:first-child > li { display:inline-block !important;position:relative !important; }
main_menu .menu ul li a:hover{color:#000 !important;}
.main_menu .menu ul li a { width: 100%; display: block; padding-left: 20px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; }Now i just have to fix the arrow on the slider who take the all place and are superposed.

January 17, 2014 at 5:10 pm #211274Hi,
Can you help me to mask the arrow on the fullscreen slider on the home page?
I would like to hide them while there is no solution to fix the problem.
Thanks.
January 17, 2014 at 5:42 pm #211294Can you create a temporary admin account and then respond here with the credentials as a private reply so we can log in and take a look. For some reason the menu isn’t getting generated correctly even when the css for each is correct and should be outputting it correctly.

Our site continues to have the same problem I think.Additionally, the forum is now only displaying 1 reply per topic, even when there are multiple replies in a topic.
Are there any known issues with bbpress Version 2.5.3?January 20, 2014 at 10:49 am #212159Hi,
I still have the issue. I am waiting for the support checking the problem.
The css i posted allow to fix the menu bug.Etienne.
January 21, 2014 at 4:15 am #212597Thanks @brdconcept … I added your css fix which has fixed the main nav.
@Devin / @Ismael – we are using the “fixed header with social icons and additional navigation” – which includes another social icons nav above, and the formatting for this menu is not behaving as expected on windows machines.The social icons display one on top of the other (as per my screenshot above) rather than horizontally.
It is working fine on mac – safari / chrome / firefox
The issue is only on PC – explorer / firefox / chromeHave had to temporarily change the “Header Type” back to “small non-fixed header” on the site so that PC users can navigate. Can you suggest how to fix this?
January 21, 2014 at 4:46 am #212604Hi!
@recumbent: Did you add any css modifications or edit anything on the theme files? You should probably download the theme again then override your installation via FTP: http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 21, 2014 at 11:20 am #212706Hi,
I have tried to upload again the lastest version of the theme but nothing change, i still have the menu trouble and the trouble on the fullscreen slider.
Can you help me?
Thanks.
January 21, 2014 at 3:34 pm #212821Thanks Ismael. We are using a child theme, with this css adjustment to the header to make it less thick …
.social_header #header_main .container, .social_header .main_menu ul:first-child > li a { height: 48px; line-height: 48px; } .fixed_header.social_header #main{ padding-top:72px; }
It was working previously for windows machines, but not now.
We have just overwritten the theme files via ftp … still the same issue.Here’s a screenshot …
Is there something we need to add to the custom css above to make it work for windows machines?
January 22, 2014 at 3:08 pm #213330@brdconcept – we made a css fix to our site which addressed our issue, apart from still having problems with the boxed layout for PC.
Here’s the code ….html_boxed.fixed_header.avia-windows #header{width:100%;} .html_boxed.fixed_header.avia-windows #header .social_bookmarks{margin:0;} .html_boxed.fixed_header.avia-windows #header .social_bookmarks li {display:block; float:left; padding:4px 0 5px; border-left:1px solid #e1e1e1; min-width:32px; text-align:center;} .html_boxed.fixed_header.avia-windows #header .social_bookmarks li:first-child{border:none;} .html_boxed.fixed_header.avia-windows #header .social_bookmarks li a {padding:5px 10px;} .html_boxed.fixed_header.avia-windows #header .social_bookmarks li a:hover{text-decoration:none;} .main_menu ul:first-child > li { display:block !important; position:relative !important; float:left; } .main_menu .menu ul li a:hover{color:#000 !important;} .main_menu .menu ul li a { width: 100%; display: block; padding-left: 20px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; } .fixed_header.social_header.avia-windows #main{padding-top:79px;} #header .sub_menu li{background:none !important;} #header_meta{box-shadow:none !important;} aside.sidebar{clear:none !important;}
NOTE: The sidebar instruction at the end was necessary because the sidebar was being pushed to the bottom on the PC browsers
@Ismael / @Devin – I believe this may be a theme issue when using the “fixed header with social icons and additional navigation” in conjunction with the “boxed layout”January 22, 2014 at 3:44 pm #213344Hi,
Thanks, but i’m not used the boxed layout, i’m using the stretched layout.
@Isamel / @Delvin can you help me? This is important for me, i have some important customers who are looking the website thoses days.
Thanks
January 24, 2014 at 8:37 pm #214589Hey!
There is something very incorrect about your WordPress installation. The backend isn’t getting generated correctly and on my initial load there was a large ad preventing me from viewing the dashboard.
I would recommend you first contact your hosting provider and have them do a security scan on your site. In the mean time disable all active plugins and see if that helps at all
What is happening is that your menu manager isn’t able to display correctly. In turn each sub menu item is getting set as a mega menu which is why they output like that.

DevinJanuary 25, 2014 at 12:16 pm #214785Hey!
@brdconcept – I agree with Devin. Something is weird with your wordpress installation.1) The backend is broken. The submenu items of the left toolbar don’t work properly and i.e. the menu editor (Appearance > Menus) doesn’t work (i.e. we can’t expand the menu item options). This is not a theme issue though because I can reprouce these issues with all themes – i.e. with the default Twenty Fourteen theme).
2) Your website shows a weird banner on the admin page: https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/1630x820q90/560/c1cl.png which is not part of the theme code. I think a plugin, some custom code or your hoster adds it to the website and this banner breaks your admin page too (at least for me).
Cheers!
