    Hi all, just wondering how to adjust the width of the body of the page?

    lso, what size should images be for colour sections, ie, what is th ebest size to display the image at full width?

    Hey dezineo,

    You can set the width of the body of the page in Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions (tab) > Maximum Container width.
    As for the best size for background image, I think around 1600px in width (just to balance the size (kb) of image and also the sharpness).
    Just make sure that Background Repeat is set to Stretch to fit.
    Hope this helps :)

    Best regards,

    Hi dezineo,

    Thanks, if I checked on the backend, this is what I’m getting:

    .container {
        max-width: 1010px;
    }

    If you have a caching plugin please flush it or if there’s a built-in internal caching provided by the server.
    Or if you have Autoptimize plugin or any optimization/minification plugins, please flush it out as well.
    If none works, please Disable CSS file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    I tried changing the file merging in efold>performance and it did not change anything.

    Why would these changes not push through?

    The site width has never been set to 1010 px by the way, its very odd

    Hi dezineo,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi dezineo,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    The reason why it’s not working was because there’s an invalid value (in private content) in the generated CSS, (the primary color in logo area, main content, alternate).
    Now, it’s working properly.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi dezineo,

    You’re welcome. :)
    For the angled edge, use a Color Section with a background color or image.
    Then in Styling (tab) > Borders, set Section Bottom Border Styling to Diagonal Section Border.
    Set the Diagonal Border Color similar to the color of the section below it, then set the direction and border box style.

    The 2nd one uses a Color Section and a 1/1 column, in Row Settings (tab) > Margin, check Custom top and bottom margin and put a negative margin on Margin-top (example -200px), then apply a background color.
    Hope this helps

    Best regards,
    Nikko
