    Hello, My widgets are not updating on my site. It looks like I am getting errors in console, but I have tried deactivating all plugins and still not working

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Have you modified header.php or footer.php files on your child theme? If so, could you please try to updating the file with a fresh one from your parent theme and re-apply your modifications?

    If that does not help, please create temporary admin logins and FTP logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see that you are overriding header.php and footer.php in your child theme. Please replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need help with that, then please include FTP login details in private as well.
