    I tried to switch from Enfold (Version: 3.6.1) to the Enfold Child Theme but every time the complete Widgets are lost after the changing to the Child Theme. Wen I swich back to Enfold (Main Theme) they are back in place. Any Idea why this error occurred? I have upload the parent Theme settings after switching to the Child Theme, but with no effect to the lost Widgets. tanx in advance. thomas

    Hey Thomas,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
