July 1, 2016 at 1:34 pm #655743July 1, 2016 at 5:04 pm #655841Hi,
You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.6.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Best regards,
YigitJuly 1, 2016 at 6:09 pm #655871THank you for your reply
however the theme will not update and classes 3.4.7 as the latest copy.
Is there a brute force way to get an update to work?
July 1, 2016 at 7:26 pm #655887Hi,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,

July 5, 2016 at 12:06 pm #656967Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyJuly 6, 2016 at 11:27 am #657385Hi

July 6, 2016 at 2:42 pm #657481Hi,
are we allowed to deactivate all plugins for testing purposes? Make sure that all caching is switched off, before deactivate any plugins.
If that doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:Best regards,

July 7, 2016 at 11:47 am #657909Hi,
I purged your cache. Then I deactivated all your plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes. I hard refreshed your website and then I can see this:
So seems that one plugin is causing this issue.

AndyJuly 7, 2016 at 1:05 pm #657981Yes i noticed the same things yesterday, but all plugins are required for the site to function.
so have decided not to have the sidebar on this page
could you tell me the quickest way to display more products per line so the images appear smaller?
Thank you for all your help
Cheers
