I have a client who out of the blue we are unable edit the content of their widgets.
I have trouble shot the server level, ie. modsec, etc.
I have disabled the two minor plugins – no change
I have updated both WordPress and Enfold
Can you please take a look.
Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
There seems to be nothing in the logs that is critical or anything that could cause the issue. Have you tried disabling the plugins temporarily?
Best regards,
Ismael
Yes I have 2 plugins as I stated in my original post and they are not the issue. Disable comments and image widget. I tried that first please review original post with additional PHP log snippet.
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We get the following error in the console when we edit a Text widget. We also noticed that the site is using an older version of the theme (6.0.2). Please update to version 6.0.7 and make sure to purge the cache afterward.

Currently running 6.08 and the problem still exists. I’m not sure what the error you referred to means or how to fix it, can you please advise.
