Dear all,
In the theme options I have configurated the footer in four columns and with Display the footer widgets & socket. But in the Widgets section, the contents of the Footer column1-2-3-4 are missing.
I have a backup of my database and my files where all worked well, but the problem persists.
Where can I to find the missing information?Regards,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Thanks for the login details, I’m not sure what’s going on there though. Could you try updating all plugins and WordPress to see if that helps? If not then please try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

I am having the same issues with missing Footers 1 , 2 and 3. They were there one day and suddenly they disappeared. I didn’t even play around with settings that were related to the footer.
I am currently working on MAMP for the website I am doing. Will that still be viewable by you if you logged in?

If you are working locally it will be difficult to help you out unfortunately, could you upload your installation to a live server maybe?
