    Hi!
    I went to twitter settings and I create my own widget, then I used the code in text widget to display in the blog bar. This has worked in all the pages I have done before, but in the one I’m doing right now it doesn’t work. I also tried to copy another twitter widget text that works in another page but still doesn’t’ work on this one, so it’s a problem with the page.

    What can I do? I don’t have access to the FTP.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi,

    Can you post the link to the page in question please?

    This is the twitter code I added
    Tweets por el @EuropeDirectTGN. <script>!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],p=/^http:/.test(d.location)?’http’:’https’;if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src=p+”://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js”;fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,”script”,”twitter-wjs”);</script>

    and this is the page where you can see it, on the right bar.

    Thanx!

    Hi!

    We tested your twitter widget code in our installation and it did not work.

    Login to your twitter account and then click here https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/

    Create a new widget and copy the working code from the twitter site and paste it in a code block on enfold.

    Other ways to create a twitter widget is by going to Appearance > Widgets > Twitter

    Hey!
    Sorry I couldn’t answer before.

    I create again the code in twitter’s webside but still not working. I think it’s a problem with my page because I tried to copy a code from another page that works and didn’t work neither.

    What Can I do? I don’t have acces to the FTP

    Tweets por el @EuropeDirectTGN. !function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],p=/^http:/.test(d.location)?’http’:’https’;if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src=p+”://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js”;fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,”script”,”twitter-wjs”);
