Hi guys
I have removed one plugin a while ago, but have some “leftovers” in Appearance->Widgets area. I have tried to re-install plugin, than uninstall it again, but it is still there. Stuck forever, if I cannot get some help from you. Widget author is confident that the widget uninstall procedure should remove all traces, so you my last chance. Please help!
Many thanks, cheers!August 4, 2015 at 5:41 pm #482874Hey videogame!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I tried to login to the site but it only redirects me to an acccount page. How can we access the dashboard? Do you have any cache plugin installed? Please try to deactivate the plugin or purge or the cache.

Thank you!August 5, 2015 at 9:55 am #483173Hi,
My croatian is a bit rusty so I don’t know what the error message I get says when I’m trying to login:
Pozdrav EnFoldHelp3 (niste EnFoldHelp3?
Could you check the login please?
Thanks,

Sorry, Ismael told me yesterday about the login problem as well. I do not know what is the reason, but what you are getting is login through Woocommerce My account page…August 5, 2015 at 10:39 am #483194Pls check private
August 6, 2015 at 6:14 am #483684Hi,
Thanks for checking but I get the same result unfortunately, I tried going to /wp-admin after getting the error message but it redirects me to the same error message page and I don’t get the regular WP admin bar on top so I can’t really do anything from there. Do you have any country/ip restriction or something like that?
Thanks,
RikardAugust 6, 2015 at 11:31 am #483788Hi Rikard,
I have recently switched from http to https, plus moved complete site to the root instead root/wordpress folder. It might be that Wordfence Security went berserk (although I didn’t have any country restrictions imposed) so I removed all its tables and installation files right now. Have no idea what else I could do except to kindly ask you to try just one more time.
Best regardsAugust 7, 2015 at 11:58 am #484464Hi!
you didn’t tell or show us which kind of “leftovers” you have. I can’t see it in Appearance->Widget. Can you explain or use screenshots please? However, I think it would help if you delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

August 8, 2015 at 6:33 am #484754Hi Ivan,
Login is working now at least, I can see your problem but I’m not sure if I have a solution for you. I’m not sure where that plugin would have registered the widget area (I thought it was only a widget), but I would recommend you to start looking in your functions.php to see if you can find anything there.
Thanks,

IvanAugust 10, 2015 at 8:17 am #485076Hi Ivan,
Not sure if you need any more help on this or not, another suggestion could be to install the plugin again and try to remove it again, it might help. Thanks for the feedback also :-)

RikardAugust 10, 2015 at 9:10 am #485103Hi Rikard,
Thanks, I have tried several times to install and remove, but it is – stuck. I will eventually find someone to unregister it from wordpress, but that is another story. Thank you for everything, best regards
Ivan
