Hello,
I have been notching that when I have been updating the backend and theme on my website all of the widget info is disappearing? Have you heard of this before or have a way to avoid this? tHanks!

Did it happen when updating to 3.1.4? If so it happened due to a change in WordPress requirements and you should be able to find you widget in the inactive widgets section under Appearance–>Widgets. You might have to add the widget again if it’s not available there. If you can’t find it or have any other problems then please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look, you can post the details here as a private reply.
