I’ve followed the instructions from the Enfold documentation in regard to adding a widget to the header area. The area and the widget have been added, but the widget itself (and any other widget) doesn’t work when it’s in that particular area. It’s a bit of an odd situation and I can’t figure out why it’s happening especially considering that I followed the instructions precisely.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login link (password to access if any for the login page) and credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Thank you for sharing the login URL I tried to login to wp admin area again but it does not please re-check the credentials and send us the working credentials so we can further investigate this issue.

There was an issue with z-index:-1 in quick css of the widget I have updated it to 999 and is working fine now :)
