    I am having a deactivated and deleted contact form widget show up on every page of my site. This widget is not loaded into any of the widget content sections. Please advise.

    Hey dghwebsite!

    Deactivating all of your plugins should fix that. Reactivate them one by one to see which one is adding the form.

    Thanks, I had already deactivated my widgets. Like I mentioned in the initial post, the widget showing has been deleted/deactivated. Please advise. Thank you

    Which page shows this widget? I checked all pages including the one with the sidebar but I don’t see any contact form.

    Thank you for your attention. The “newsletter” signup is indeed on every page. Please look again to confirm this. It is a large green button with name and address input fields. I can send a screenshot if necessary. The text accompyaning it is as follows:

    Again, I have deleted/deactivated all widgets so this looks like a bug.

    Hey!

    Are you sure your not using the mail chimp newsletter plugin? That form has the mail chimp newsletter markup.

    Try clearing your browser cache and any caching related plugins after deactivating all of your plugins and if it’s still displaying then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
