    First of all I have to say you have an amazing theme, it works so good !! (specially for a designer with little coding experience like myself)
    Your support is also very good on this forum.

    However always (everytime!) when I post something, there is not a response to my issues. I know you guys work very hard and have a lot of posts. But I see almost all issues to be responded within minutes and my posts are not being handled in hours :(

    Is there a reason for this ?

    I just replied to your open threads. We sometimes reply simple questions or urgent issues before others. If your cases happen to be urgent ones, please add “urgent” to your thread title after description so we can try to reply as soon as we can :)
