Why is there no support for people posting about site update issues?
I have left 3 separate requests for support and nobody has replied.
I have looked at others who are asking for support after updating, or with the updating process, and see a similar lack of assistance.
It seems you only want to help those with small issues.
This shows a rel lack of care on your behalf and is leaving me feeling very frustrated and disappointed.Hey Amajjika,
You have created 8 threads on the forum: https://kriesi.at/support/profile/amajjika/topics/, all of them have been replied to except the one I’m replying to now. If you want faster support then it doesn’t really help opening threads like this.
