The last post I added to my website has double the width of the previous posts for some reason. How do I correct this? Website URL in private content.
Thanks!

In the Masonry settings, set Size Settings to Perfect Grid.
Hope this helps.Best regards,

June 1, 2019 at 8:44 am #1106015Hi mandyrinoranges,
No worries, it’s not a stupid question :)
When you edit the page and you edit the masonry, you should see it there.
Here is a screenshot pointing the Size Settings: https://imgur.com/YKgResU
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoJune 3, 2019 at 3:50 pm #1106735It was already set to perfect grid, so I guess that isn’t it. :(
June 3, 2019 at 7:09 pm #1106795could you make your page link public here?
June 4, 2019 at 1:45 pm #1107088Hi mandyrinoranges,
If it’s already set to Perfect Grid (please don’t follow the selected option in my screenshot), try to flush out cache if you have a caching plugin.
If that doesn’t work, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
Nikko -
