Hi, I’ve never seen this before. Why doesn’t any of the text show up when I am logged into Admin and use the Default Editor vs. the Advanced Layout Editor. I like to copy the code into a note pad in case of error (rather than just reverting to a previous revision). Thank you.
August 3, 2015 at 7:08 am #481905Hey cidcreative!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please avoid from switching between the Default Editor and the the Advance Layout Builder when building the content. Try to switch the ALB to debug mode to get the shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Cheers!
IsmaelAugust 3, 2015 at 4:23 pm #482214Thank you very much, Ismael.
If I enable the ALB debug, does it only show short codes or will it also show all of the text?
Are there any disadvantages to enabling it?
Can I remove it at some point without causing problems?
August 3, 2015 at 4:39 pm #482234Hey!
It will display shortcodes with your content and yes, you can remove it any time without causing issues. There are no disadvantages of enabling debugging mode
Cheers!
YigitAugust 3, 2015 at 5:43 pm #482317Hi, Yigit. Thank you for your answers! I appreciate your help! I found I have another issue. When viewing on an iPhone, the button image on the Home page has two white lines. Not sure why it shows like that since I used the same treatment for another button on an interior page with no issue. The two page links are listed in the Private Content section.
Here is an image for the button lines and misalignment of the text:
I did increase the left margin for this section since it wasn’t vertically aligned with the content under the slider. I wonder if this is causing the button issue? Thank you!

August 4, 2015 at 9:26 pm #482980Hi!
It seems that the images you are referring to were not included.
Best regards,
DakeAugust 4, 2015 at 9:30 pm #482984I’ve since shortened the length of the text on the button and that helped. BUT, still having the misalignment issue described above.
Your link function is not working on your message board.

August 5, 2015 at 5:07 am #483071Hi!
Please insert the below media query in order to change the button size when viewing the homepage on your iPhone:
@media only screen and (max-width : 320px) { span.avia_iconbox_title { font-size: 14px !important; } }
Please try the below css to adjust the padding on the “work all day in harmony” section:
.flex_column .av_one_half .flex_column_div { padding: 0px 0px 0px 65px !important; }
You may also use a page-id so that the above css only affects the homepage.

DakeAugust 5, 2015 at 2:40 pm #483363Hi. I’ve tried several times with different number values for tech “work all day in harmony” section and it hasn’t made a difference. I placed this in the Quick CSS section.

May we have temporary access to your website so we can take a closer look?

August 6, 2015 at 12:26 am #483629I have another problem.
Using any browser, if the window is too small or if you have a bookmarks panel open (i.e. on left side using Safari), the top left logo covers the menu. Try this by adjusting your browser size and you’ll see what I mean. Please refer to green outlined area in my image.
Thank you.
August 6, 2015 at 11:22 pm #484206Hello, has anyone looked into my 2 problems above? I really need to get the website finished so that I can publish it. Thank you!
August 8, 2015 at 5:57 pm #484828Hi!
Sorry for the late response.
The css I posted previously is working on my end. Please test the button size on your iPhone once more.
Also the padding issue was actually set in one of the cells, I’ve changed it to the correct values as shown in the below css:

DakeAugust 8, 2015 at 6:03 pm #484830Hey!
We could use a media query to adjust the font size of the menu items as the screen width reduces.
Since you are currently using the “logo above menu” view, would you like to revert to the inline view then use the media query instead?
Cheers!
DakeAugust 8, 2015 at 9:39 pm #484852Media query might be best. I noticed since I placed logo above the menu, the menu items delay in populating when clicking on one of the tabs. Try it and you’ll see that only some show then the rest “spring” up then they’re all there.
Can you do media query for both logo above and to the left?
Also, I still have that question about the left misalignment in the harmony air chair section toward the bottom (when viewing in smartphones). I uploaded an image in my previous post.
Thanks!
August 8, 2015 at 9:48 pm #484853August 8, 2015 at 9:53 pm #484854Hi!
I have gone through the changes, and I can not understand what works or not now.
Please do list the issues in one post, so we can go through them and check them.Cheers!
BasilisAugust 8, 2015 at 10:01 pm #484862Hi.
TWO REMAINING ISSUES:
1) Still a margin problem:
The margin looks a little better, bit it is still off. For some reason, this section is very sensitive to issues:
http://cidcreative.com/margin_error.jpg2) Media query might be best. I noticed that, since I placed the logo above the menu, the menu items delay in populating when clicking on one of the tabs. Try it and you’ll see that only some show then the rest “spring” up then they’re all there. Can you do media query for both logo above the menu and to the left of the menu?
August 10, 2015 at 10:11 am #485118Hi!
1.) Please edit the column element then reset the Layout > Inner Padding. Right now, it is set to 70px left padding.
2.) I’m sorry but I can’t see the menu issue. Can you please provide a screenshot?
Cheers!
IsmaelAugust 10, 2015 at 3:28 pm #485382Thank you very much. That worked.
1) I see what the problem is. The top portion of the home page is created inside a color section, while the bottom portion is not (“Work all Day in Harmony”). That probably accounts for the difference in margins on the left side.
2) It happens too quickly for me to get a screenshot. I found out that the element causing the issue is the Cart tab in the menu. It happens when you first land on the home page and also when you click on other menu tabs.
August 11, 2015 at 4:46 am #485725Hi!
1.) Glad you fixed it.
2.) I’m sorry but we can’t fix the issue if we can’t reproduce it. When you say “tab”, are you referring to the menu items?
Cheers!
IsmaelAugust 11, 2015 at 4:53 am #485729I wish I could, but it happens too quickly to snap a shot of it. Yes, tabs means menu items. Thanks.
August 11, 2015 at 5:32 pm #486086Hey!
I’m also, not seeing the issue on my end.
Have you tried loading your website on a difference computer/device or a internet connection?
Regards,
DakeAugust 11, 2015 at 6:30 pm #486118Yes I have. The same thing happens. What I’ve done to avoid this is to NOT include the Shopping Cart Title and Icon in the menu tabs. So, now all is okay. But, when you place an item in your shipping cart, you’ll see that it takes a second for the shopping cart title and icon to populate in the men. I guess this is just the nature of the plugin and/or them.
August 12, 2015 at 3:53 am #486279Hey!
Alright. Please add the cart icon back then we’ll check it again.
Regards,
IsmaelAugust 14, 2015 at 3:13 pm #487787Thank you. I have added the shopping cart icon back onto the main menu.
August 15, 2015 at 1:37 pm #488229I am using the Theme Enfold and purchased WP Easy Cart. So many problems with it. I only have 4 products with 3 different shipping rates and have to create all sorts of triggers for them. I want to use Woocommerce cart instead.
Do you offer help with shipping variables for products and does WC offer QuickBooks integration? Can you offer help in case I run into problems?
August 17, 2015 at 11:16 am #488767Hey!
WooCommerce support will help you about any questions concerning their plugin and we will help you about any integration issues you have between our theme and WooCommerce.

AndyAugust 23, 2015 at 5:22 pm #491867Hi, Andy.
Thanks for all your help!
I’d like to change the hover box color that appears when hovering over a portfolio thumbnail. Private Content area includes the URL.
I’d like to change the background to black and make the font white or another color. I that possible? I searched the forums and couldn’t find an answer.
Also, I see that your them has been updated, but it looks some people are having issues (in your comments area). I am using a Child Theme. Should I upgrade to WP 4.3 before I upgrade your theme? And, how does tab work when using a Child theme?
Thanks!!
