    Hi,
    Can somebody tell me how this support forum works?
    I just bought this theme a week ago. I have some problems, but nobody answer me.
    I don’t understand this support system.
    They told me the avarage answer times are about 12 hour.
    I am waiting for the answer 4 days, but nothing happening.

    Please somebody help me to solve ma issues, because now i can’t use my site.
