    Hey Enfold!

    I was wondering why my site isn’t updating.
    I got the email saying the theme had been updated. In the past I have tried setting to automatically update and “force checking” but I’m still on a previous version (4.0.2).

    I also have a number of sites built in enfold that I do for my day job, and none of those have updated either.

    Hey quick-brown-fox,

    Did you try to click the Check Manually button on the backend? You could also try to run this plugin in order to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/

    Hey Rikard,
    I’ve checked manually several times.
    Is there a particular transient that I should be looking for? I’ve cleared expired transients and nothing has happened

    In that case, please make sure that you API key is correct.

    If that too does not help, please try updating the theme manually this time – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thanks Yigit, after doing a bit of research I was using the purchase code on the enfold page and not the API.
    That’s updated now, but my mobile menu has totally screwed up! I’ll open another thread!
