    Have been a client of Enfold several years.

    Personnaly I think this is onr of the best themes around.

    Support is also very good, small or big issues they get fixed.

    But I do not understand why ALL of my post over the last 3 years are always ignored. I have to somewhat spam the community to get a response, which I do not want to do.
    It is not one post, but on all the questions we had over the last 3 years. We see the majority of people get a response within minutes/hours, but we never have this.
    Do we need a special support subscibtion, because we would love to pay for it. We have bought several Enfold themes and have no clue why this is happening.

    Please advise what we can do.

    Sorry to give such an impression. I am not sure I have seen any posts by you at all. Do you have an issue at the moment?

    Yirgit (enfold support) has entered some coding in our slider. This coding is now a form, but it does not sent.
    The second normal contact form on the bottom of the page is working fine we do receive the messages. We need the form in the slider do the exact same
