    when I have 4 licenses and still one more month on all for support?

    I could not add a ticket to Enfold support so I ended up here.

    This is the Enfold support :) Where can you not add tickets?

    Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

    Hey Victoria!

    I went to one of my older tickets and replied with some information and then the box to create a ticket that always shows up at the bottom of the page reappeared. I didn’t take a screenshot from before and I don’t know why it happened and stopped happening. But I’m glad it did!
