PS: To avoid unwanted <br> I have used a Avia separator with -50px

I did inspect the br tags on the page and there were no double tags. Please see attached screenshot. Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

I did not said that there was double tags, I said that there is unwanted<br>tags between DIV elements
You use Chrome, and yes your are right within the Chrome console there is only one:<br>(the one your are highlighting)

We would like to check the page again but it redirects to another page which is blank: s. private content
Anyway, please edit the page, move the text blocks around, update the page then move it back to the original position.
