All of a sudden, the animated numbers (I do not mean the animated countdown) are counting down, instead of up? This isn’t good, because when it counts down, it implies that we are losing satisfied customers.

Could you try updating to the latest version of the theme (3.6.1) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
