whole site down!!!!

hi i am getting this message from my site:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/bristo31/public_html/Staycleanwindowcleaning.co.uk/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /home/bristo31/public_html/Staycleanwindowcleaning.co.uk/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

I believe that the issue in question is caused by the fact that your current theme – enfold requires an additional plugin with the name the-events-calendar to operate properly and the plugin in question was not installed in your WordPress application. I went ahead and installed the plugin but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. You should be able to resolve the issue by checking your current settings for the plugin mentioned above and/or your theme and by disabling the Events functionality if needed. You should still be able to access your dashboard via the following URL:

http://www.bristolwindowcleaners.co.uk/wp-login.php

Alternatively, if you would like we could assist you with one of the following actions:

1) We could change the current theme of your website to a different one to prevent further downtime.
2) We could attempt to restore your website from the preferred date from our end.
