Even after the 2 latest updates, my webpage for some reason is showing a white strip across the menu, so my logo cannot be seen, but so far I have detected this problem only on an iMac while using Chrome: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ah5rbpgnficu01u/Enfold%20-%20ERROR%202021-04-14%20Franja%20Cubriendo%20Menu%20en%20iMac%20en%20Chrome%20y%20Logo%20en%20Ninguna%20Version.jpeg?dl=0

    Hey ramonolivencia,

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem as well please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

The link is: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/, although apparently, it´s happening only with an iMac with Chrome, as someone else has told me and sent me the screenshot provided already.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I can’t see the problem on my end using a 13″ MacBook/Chrome. How wide does the screen need to be in order to reproduce this problem?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

Sorry about the delay but since it is my colleague that has the iMac with the issue, I found this troubleshooting website that allows checking different devices, where you could see that the logo is missing and there appears to be the white stripe covering the menu, along with other issues: https://www.browserstack.com/responsive

    Thanks,

    Ramon

    Hi Ramon,

I checked your website on my mac at 2560px on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera however I cannot reproduce the issue. I attached a screenshot from Chrome in private content field.

Could you please ask your colleague to disable browser add-ons if they are using any and check if that helps?

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Yigit,

Sorry about the delay. I see the screenshot you sent and, even though the menu can be seen, the LOGO that is supposed to be on the top left corner is not showing. I can see it correctly on my MacBook laptop using Chrome. Also, using the same browserstack.com I see that on the Windows Desktop option, (1280×1024), my website’s initial page is not showing correctly either.

In addition, the HEADLINE ROTATOR on my initial page is getting entangled with the next section and the image on this product´s link is not even showing up: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/producto/certificado-de-matrimonio. As well, the coupon code field at my Checkout has the text too small. As to your question, could you please tell me exactly how to disable the browser add-ons so that I can do that myself?

    Thanks,
    Ramon

    Hi,

Logo link is broke and I am seeing extra HTML code in logo. I believe there is a plugin conflict causing both issues.

Please de-activate all active plugins and activate them one by one to find the culprit :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
