Hi,
I’ve been having a problem on two of my websites for a while now and I can’t seem to solve it.
On all the pages and posts there is an annoying white space randomly appearing that separates the different content blocks. The weird thing is that when I resize the window, the blocks move smoothly to their correct position and the space disappears. It is also something that happens in all browsers, even in private browsing.
Please, could you help me to find a solution? I will leave the URLs in the private information so you can see it.
Thanks in advance.
Hey keep12,
Thanks for the links to your sites, but can you include a screenshot of one of these “white spaces” so I can see exactly what you are referring to? It sounds like the element padding, but I want to make sure we are looking at the same space.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
thanks for replying.
I attach two screenshots: in the first one the blank space appears, and in the second one the page appears correctly just after adjusting the window size a little bit.
The screenshots are made in Chrome with private browsing but the problem appears more frequently in Firefox.
Hi,
Thank you, I believe this is caused by the lazyloading of your litespeed-cache plugin, try disabling the lazyload option and disable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression, then enable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Delete old CSS and JS files then clear your browser cache and check again. If this doesn’t correct try completely disabling the litespeed-cache plugin and complete the other steps again and recheck.
Best regards,
Mike
Thanks, I will try.
