Dear support team,
my provider HostEurope switched off the default PHP version on October 24th, 2018, at 11 am. All domains, which are set to PHP 5.6 in the KIS were be changed to PHP 7.2.
I did not update the Enfold theme for about 1,5 years. Now I see only the white screen. How can I update the enfold theme? I deleted already the theme files via ftp from the server and uploaded the latest version of Enfold, but it is still not working.

Hey ArneDaMan,
I took a look at your ftp account and it looks like you have many sites hosted there, but the one I looked at “consulting” looks like it is already using Enfold v4.5, which should work with PHP v7.2, but I couldn’t verify your version of WordPress, do you know what version it is?
Perhaps even though your host changed your PHP to v7.2, your KIS > PHP Version was not set.

that is correct. I don’t remember the WordPress version. It was also not the latest. The PHP Version was not set, that is correct and now I cannot change back to the old 5.6, only back to 7.0.
Do I have to install WordPress again? Shall I give you access to my HostEurope account?

ArneProblem solved. Turned on the debug mode and deactivated the plugins that caused the problems. After that I updated WordPress to the latest version.
