    Hello,

    After installing Enfold Theme… I”m not able to access WordPress. It’s showing me either White page OR 404 page error.

    I’m using WordPress 4.5, Enfold Version 3.5.3, Windows 7 Home Edition and KIS 2016.

    Hi!

    Can you please try re-installing WordPress and check if that helps? Issue does not seem to be theme related.

    Hi!

    We can (or you can :) ) try removing Enfold theme from your installation to check if that fixes the issue. Shall we?

    You can delete it…

    If face I was search on the net for solution and tried so many things…

    1. rename plugins folder
    2. increase wp memory
    3. inactive plugins…

    but I can’t find the solution…

    Hey!

    I removed the theme but frontend is still the same and /wp-admin is still not loading. Are you sure you have provided credentials for the correct site?

    Hi,

    Credentials is correct….

    You have to clear your browser cache and login again… and use ctrl + F5…

    Now I can login in wp back and access everything…

    Hi,

    One more thing… When enfold theme was installed… I was unable to upload media (jpg, png) files in wp.

    Now I can upload it…

    Which version you need? We can provide you that version but there should not be any issues with WP 4.5 and Enfold 3.5.3.

    Sorry… It was my fault… My server was pointing to some other sever… That’s why it’s given me 404 error page.
